Job Opportunity: ESL Teacher (July-August)

OSEA is currently seeking enthusiastic ESL teachers to join our team for the upcoming July and August session. You will be teaching primary to high school age international students, helping them prepare for their local immersion classes with a focus on English language skills and Australian culture. Positions are available around Ipswich and Brisbane North.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

We are looking for energetic ESL teachers for multiple casual teaching roles in our Australian culture, Intensive English, and Primary preparation program. Responsibilities include:

• Teaching morning ESL classes.
• Organizing welcome games and team-building activities for students.

Requirements:

• ESL teaching qualifications (TELSO, CELTA).
• Full working rights in Australia with strong local knowledge of the Australian education system.
  
• A warm and energetic personality with the ability to connect with students and build client relationships.
  
• An extroverted personality willing to embrace new challenges, such as leading group activities and conducting team-building activities and sports.
• Ability to build rapport with students and clients.
• Enjoy working with teenagers and young students.
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
• Effective communicator with a well-projected voice.
• Possess a Blue Card.
